Recently I traveled to a farmland community which 99% are German immigrants who settled there for almost 200 years. I like to go there to take pictures for them. They told me many their stories. After WW ll many of their relatives from Germany asked for financial help even they didn't know well. We have too many lessons how the war brought the catastrophic life to numerous families. I also saw many of them here served for U.S. army. One night when I drove to home they told me "You need to drive slow down there are some deer walk across road." This made me a little bit scary
